This is what the misinformation put out by the racists have brought the US to.
That this woman thinks she has a right to demand someone prove to her they are legally in the country, to show her ID, treat the person like shit, and claim she was going to block his truck. All because she has gotten the idea she somehow is the legal authority and others who look hispanic or speak spanish have to prove themselves to her.
“It’s not racist, my father is black!” – Paraphrased.
Why bother even rationalizing your hate this way? Why argue whether calling this individual a Mexican, blocking their truck, and assuming they stole their work clothes simply on the basis that they appear to be slightly darker complexion than you and “came out of the bushes” is racism. Like, if you reject this as racism, what do you call what you are doing?
Something tells me that she’d probably consider the appropriate online backlash she receives for this a hate crime.
Also, the irony of telling the people who stuck up for the target of her impotent rage to go get a job was palpable. She’s in the middle of a parking lot in the middle of the day wasting her time telling others to get a job WHILE keeping the target of her rage from his job.
