SCOTUS Slow Walk, Trial Drowse, Noem’s Pup, Abortion, GAZA Protests

Personal note:
I will be absent for the next two – possibly three – weeks. I’m traveling to the east coast to participate in the trial and likely sentencing of the young stranger who shattered my arm in a parking lot attack.

Part of my arm is now made of metal. We’ll see if alarms go off at airport security.

Spreading the joy:

  1. Somebody needs to point out to the Supreme Court justices that if the president has immunity from prosecution even for committing serious crimes as “official acts”, then logically a Democratic president would have immunity if he ordered the assassination of Supreme Court justices he considered “corrupt” or whatever so he could replace them with new judges he liked better. That should focus their minds a bit.

Thanks as always for linking to my posts.

  2. Burr,
Condolences for the physical harm done to you, the long recovery, and for the additional uncomfortable inconvenience of having to travel to attend the trial. Best of luck to you and to the fair administration of justice.

And thanks for the plug! Also, you didn’t steal anything that I didn’t first appropriate for myself. 🙂

Safe travels. See you on the other side, friend.

We have a comment policy (sort of)

We often encounter extreme amounts of spam targeting more controversial posts. This tends to annoy and confuse Aunt Tildy. If your comment is accidentally omitted, please help her out by resubmitting, perhaps including a note telling us what happened. If you find comments closed, we can still put yours in its proper place. Just attach to another post with an explanation.

Aunt Tildy appreciates most every comment. Truly. But she has what could be an unrealistic view of the innocence of younger readers. She may hesitate when profanity becomes extreme.

In some cases, you might follow our lead. When we ruffle her delicate sensibilities, a soft apology has usually helped.
