Trump as a Danger to Real Lives

Hard to imagine the courage of those who risk their lives to get secret information to the US about impending terrorist or military threats

Asking us to keep their identities secret.
Accepting our promise that we will.

Trump Employee:
“I opened the door and found this…”
Even harder to image the reaction when those secret sources find out an ex-President stored information in a bathroom or shower or ballroom or desk.
Pictures of documents spilling out, strewn on a floor.

And Republicans arguing that, yeah, he did it but it was all okay.

Now, step right up. Risk your life and warn us of impending dangers to our country and its citizens.

HEY! Where did everybody go?

  1. We’ll never know the extent of the damage and deaths the ex-president may have caused in the intelligence community.
2019: Whitehouse asks for list of top spies
Jan 2021: Trump stole documents on these kind of informants – and may have shared them.
Oct 2021: CIA reports an unusually high number of US spies were being killed, captured, or compromised.
Given Trump’s record of sharing secrets with Russians in the Oval Office, it’s not a stretch to assume Putin already has copies of some of the stolen documents.
The same reason may apply as to why the Saudi’s were so generous to Jared Kushner. He was denied security clearance for good reason, until Trump gave it to him anyway.
Even setting all this aside, the ex-president’s fueling of white nationalism and bigotry has likely resulted in rising hate crimes against innocent Americans. His cult has shown a willingness to kill and die for him.
No single person has divided our country as much as Trump has.

    1. Thank you, Dave. You are right, as I see it.

As much as the potential of Trump sharing those documents, the danger exists that potential sources THINK there might be the same possibility with future secrets.

If those promising to keep my identity secret are THAT loose with information, should I take the risk?
