From President Donald J. Trump:

Throughout the year, we have seen Democrats across the country uniting around a new legislative proposal that would end Medicare as we know it and take away benefits that seniors have paid for their entire lives.

Dishonestly called “Medicare for All,” the Democratic proposal would establish a government-run, single-payer health care system that eliminates all private and employer-based health care plans and would cost an astonishing $32.6 trillion during its first 10 years.

  1. The talking points the President and Republicans continue to use about healthcare and Medicare are getting tiresome. I know a lot of people don’t do their own research on these things, but even if you give even just a modicum of thought on expanding Medicare to encompass all people rather than just seniors… how can one accept the conclusion that it would make things MORE expensive for seniors?

And, as stated in the article, this is coming from the same people who actively disparage Medicare and try to make it more expensive to seniors…

I feel like I’m in Twilight Zone sometimes…
