As usual, you make two good points. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
The first prediction is purely subjective, although I suppose you could quantify it in a way by polling viewers. But even then, there is no real standard, is there?&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
The second will be speculative. We can gather evidence and indicators. Is there a trend that is uninterrupted? Is there a sharp movement one way or the other? Even with that, we will have no way to know whether what will happen differs from what would have happened if only ...</description>
