We witness injustice. We see suffering.
We watch as evil goes unanswered.
We feel anger
because it isn’t right.
But we are also driven by impatience,
selfish expectation, frustration with daily life.
We feel anger
because our own lives are not right.
Our faith reminds us that, even in anger,
we can avoid distortion and falsehood.
We can respect the hardcore value
within every child of God.
We can keep our vision of a better world.
We can keep the faith.
We can keep the truth.
We can keep the peace.
